Advanced UV + Multi-Stage Filtration

Three independent barriers that work together to remove physical, chemical, and biological contaminants.

Unlike simple sediment filters or chemical dosing systems, our unit combines three complementary technologies in a precise sequence:

Stage 1 – filter

  • Captures hair, lint, cat litter residue, surgical cotton, and other coarse solids down to 500 microns.

  • Removable and washable – no replacement cartridges needed.

  • Prevents clogging of downstream components and protects the UV lamp’s quartz sleeve.

Stage 2 – Activated carbon adsorption

  • High-density granular activated carbon (GAC) bed.

  • Adsorbs organic compounds: detergents, disinfectants (chlorhexidine, povidone-iodine residues), pharmaceutical odors, and color.

  • Reduces chemical oxygen demand (COD) by 60–70%, making treated water much cleaner before UV exposure.

  • Carbon media lasts 6–12 months depending on daily flow (replacement kit available).

Stage 3 – High-energy 254nm UV sterilizer

  • UV-C lamp emitting at 254 nm – the optimal wavelength for DNA disruption.

  • Destroys 99.99% of pathogenic microorganisms, including:
