The device consists of a two-layer 304 stainless steel barrel, a washable ceramic membrane filter, and a dedicated ozone sterilization module with 15 filter layers. Working Principle

1. Gravity-fed: After raw water is poured into the upper barrel, the liquid level difference creates a natural pressure head of 0.3–0.6 m. Water flows from top to bottom, passing through the ceramic membrane, 15 filter layers, and then ozone, ultimately producing clean water in the lower barrel.
2. Ozone sterilization: A micro ozone generator is integrated at the bottom of the barrel. 0.05–0.2 mg/L of ozone is evenly dissolved in the water through a microporous aeration disk. Within 2-3 minutes, it can quickly destroy the cell membranes of bacteria and viruses, and the inactivation rate of pathogens such as Escherichia coli, cholera, and Legionella is greater than 99.5%. At the same time, pesticide residues and odorous organic matter are oxidized.
