First let’s understand what is the medical waste water? The medical waste water treatment is part of the whole waste water treatment, it comes from the medical part sewage treatment,most of medical waste water comes from the hospital, it is usually can be classfied into the following four kind of waste water:

  1. Infectious ward wastewater: Wastewater from infectious disease hospitals or comprehensive hospital infectious disease areas, containing a large number of pathogenic microorganisms, such as bacteria, viruses, etc.
  2. Laboratory wastewater: Laboratory wastewater from hospitals, clinics, and other institutions may contain harmful substances such as chemicals and radioactive substances.
  3. Operating room wastewater: Wastewater from operating rooms, delivery rooms, and other areas may contain pollutants such as blood and body fluids.
  4. Domestic sewage: Domestic sewage from medical institution employees and patients, such as toilet sewage, contains a certain amount of bacteria and viruses.

 

The Medical waste water contains a variety of harmful components, including Pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses, parasites, as well as chemical agents and radioactive substances;  This water is harmful to both health and environment if discharge directly. Therefore, the waste water to do some treatment, and it is important to properly treat and dispose of medical wastewater to prevent environmental pollution and protect public health. To effectively manage medical wastewater, the specialized treatment equipment is required.

 

The common method is to use the waste water equipment machine to treatment the waste water, the sewage water goes through the machine which can make the water harmless to health and environment. This equipment is designed to remove contaminants from the wastewater through a series of physical, chemical, and biological processes. The membrane treatment process mainly includes several forms such as microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis, and the specific choice of form depends on the water quality characteristics and treatment objectives; it is has many advantages in treatment the waste water such efficient removal of pollutants, remove the harmful chemicals without second pollution.

 

3.UV disinfection systems: These systems is widely in the waste water treatment, use ultraviolet light to kill pathogens in the wastewater, making it safe for disposal.

 

  1. The ozone disinfection system: Widely use in the small size waste water treatment in the small clinic, beauty salon, dental hospital clinic.  Ozone can kill bacteria, viruses, parasites and other microorganisms in water, ensuring the biological safety of the effluent. It can also remove  organic pollutants: Ozone can oxidize and decompose organic pollutants in water, such as phenols and cyanide, and convert them into harmless substances.Ozone has a fast and effective decolorization rate for hydrophilic dyes. Generally, using it for 30-60 minutes at once can achieve a 95% decolorization effect. Removing heavy metal ions: Through ozone oxidation, metal ions such as iron and manganese in water can be oxidized into metal oxides and separated from the water

 

  1. The photocatalytic oxidation reactorsystem:  The photocatalytic oxidation reactor is to convert light energy into chemical energy. Through the presence of a catalyst, organic matter is decomposed into harmless substances in the reactor. When the light source shines on the surface of the catalyst, electrons and holes are excited, which react with oxygen molecules to produce reactive oxygen species (such as hydroxyl radicals, superoxide radicals, etc.). These reactive oxygen species have oxidizing properties and can oxidize organic matter to decompose it into carbon dioxide, water, and harmless inorganic substances; In terms of wastewater treatment, photocatalytic oxidation reactors can effectively remove organic substances and chromaticity that are difficult to degrade in water. The photocatalytic reactor is a key component, including medium pressure ultraviolet lamp, lamp sleeve, reactor outer protection device, and ballast central control device. During the reaction process, wastewater enters the reaction tank through pipelines. After being irradiated by ultraviolet light in the photocatalytic reactor and the action of the catalyst, organic matter is degraded and converted into small molecule substances

 

  1. Security filters The main working principle of the security filter is to filter the original liquid through the internal use of tubular filter elements, such as PP melt blown, wire burning, folding, titanium filter element, activated carbon filter element, etc. The pore size and filtration accuracy of the filter element determine its retention capacity. When the original solution passes through the filter element, impurities are trapped on the filter element wall, while the clean filtrate flows out through the filter element. Security filters are usually installed after other filtration equipment, such as quartz sand filters, activated carbon filters, ion exchangers, etc., or before reverse osmosis membranes, ultrafiltration membranes, nanofiltration membranes, etc. Its function is to further treat small impurities in water and prevent impurities that may exist in upstream processes from entering downstream processes through the water distributor

 

The waste water treatment machine can be specially made through the above the method according the raw water, and the waste water treatment is fully automatic operating once after the basic settings, no need human monitoring. It is small size which not take too much place for installation, anti rust metal surface and box to protect the machine which can be also installed outside. Now the waste water treatment machine is a necessary but not selective equipment in the lift.
